Leatha Bazillion, Co-Founder
Leatha is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in voice production and telecommunications. She brings a sharp eye for detail, a talent for creative problem-solving, and a grounded leadership style that’s been essential to the foundation and growth of Steady Path Studio.
Behind the scenes, she keeps the business running smoothly — from managing logistics and product development to crafting high-quality, handcrafted items like custom pillows and wall décor.
Outside of the studio, Leatha also runs a successful rental business, where she oversees operations, guest care, and property management with the same thoughtfulness and efficiency she brings to everything she does.
A proud mother of four beautiful children, she balances entrepreneurship and creativity with deep family values, making her a steady, inspiring presence at the heart of the studio. Her quiet strength, consistency, and care are woven into every detail of Steady Path Studio — from the products on the shelves to the energy in the space.
Melanie Bazillion, Co-Founder
Melanie is LADC II, a yoga teacher-in-training, creative maker, and mother of three. With 6 years in recovery and years of experience in holistic wellness and self-healing spaces, she brings authenticity, vision, and heart to every part of the studio.
At Steady Path, Melanie designs and produces handcrafted goods such as candles, soaps, and intentional self-care products. She also plays a key role in the studio’s creative direction, visual branding, and customer experience, helping to shape a space that feels grounded, beautiful, and real.
Her lived experience is a guiding force behind everything she creates — from scent blends to product design to the energy behind the brand. As someone who has rebuilt her life with intention, Melanie understands the power of small rituals, honest conversations, and spaces that feel safe to grow.
