I provide compassionate, client-centered counseling services for individuals navigating substance use disorders, and co-occuring disorders. As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor II in Massachusetts, I offer individualized therapy focused on recovery, coping skills, and lasting change.
With experience in behavioral health settings and a diverse background in human services, I take a holistic, evidence-based approach—integrating clinical expertise with mindfulness-based techniques. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to heal, grow, and take meaningful steps toward a healthier future.
Currently pursuing a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, I incorporate mindfulness and movement into therapy, helping clients reconnect with their bodies, manage stress, and build resilience. Whether seeking relapse prevention, harm reduction, or long-term recovery support, I’m here to guide you forward.
I provide counseling for clients with substance use disorders, eating disorders, and trauma (in the state of Massachusetts) as well as health and wellness coaching specifically focusing on clients with a history of trauma, disordered eating, or those seeking to improve their overall well-being through the use of integrative medicine practices (Mind Body Skills) such as yoga, meditation, nutrition, and movement.
My trauma-informed care focuses on the belief that most of our maladaptive behaviors are rooted in trauma and our attempt to alleviate the pain and self-medicate; by healing the trauma and learning new coping skills we can rewire the brain and improve our overall wellbeing. I also offer group counseling focused on trauma, eating disorders (and disordered eating patterns) and mind body skills. You can find all of my products and services at:
