I believe recovery is not just about surviving—it's about returning to yourself, rebuilding your foundation, and reclaiming your peace. I’m here to walk that path with you.
As a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor II in Massachusetts and a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher, I offer compassionate, client-centered therapy for individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring disorders. My approach blends evidence-based clinical practices with mindfulness, movement, and trauma-informed care to meet each client exactly where they are.
With years of experience in behavioral health and a diverse background in human services, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, supported, and empowered. Therapy with me is collaborative, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that real healing happens when the mind and body are in conversation.
Whether you're focused on harm reduction, relapse prevention, or long-term recovery, I offer tools, insight, and presence to help you reconnect with yourself and take steady steps toward the life you deserve.
I provide counseling for clients with substance use disorders, eating disorders, and trauma (in the state of Massachusetts) as well as health and wellness coaching specifically focusing on clients with a history of trauma, disordered eating, or those seeking to improve their overall well-being through the use of integrative medicine practices (Mind Body Skills) such as yoga, meditation, nutrition, and movement.
My trauma-informed care focuses on the belief that most of our maladaptive behaviors are rooted in trauma and our attempt to alleviate the pain and self-medicate; by healing the trauma and learning new coping skills we can rewire the brain and improve our overall wellbeing. I also offer group counseling focused on trauma, eating disorders (and disordered eating patterns) and mind body skills. You can find all of my products and services at:
